Nick And Rob Homebrew!

Published by rob at 11:44 am under misc

Today is a momentus day, Nick and Rob Beer began life. This beer can be shorted to the ‘NOB’ brand - and for our first brew we are cooking up a nice german lager, ready for bottling next week and first drinking in about 3-4 weeks time. Apparently with homebrew stuff it generally gets better with age, so we will keep testing the beers (hard life) until we find the sweet spot for quality brews. This first batch is more a fact finding mission, however we are planning to get more and more onstream assuming this goes well!
